I would like to thank you for the excellent service we have had from you since we purchased our Artesian Hot Tub from you nearly two years ago.

It's probably one of the best investments we've ever made.

We bought the tub initially to help relive arthritic joints. It has certainly proved to be a tremendous help to easing joint pain as well as help us relax after a stressful day at work.

We use the hot tub nearly everyday, including Christmas Day! It is used as much during the winter as it is in the summer. There is no better feeling than sitting in the hot tub looking at the garden covered in snow or frost looking up at the stars through the steam coming from the swirling water or during the day watching the birds flying around the garden.

We looked at a lot of hot tubs before settling on Artesian, we have certainly made the right decision. We found a lot of tubs out there were of inferior quality. Over the two years we have been using the Artesian hot tub has never let us down once.

Through out the build up to the purchase to the running of the tub you have never failed to offer professional quality advice.

Having purchased our hot tub from Artesian Spas Wales in June 2007 I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

The customer service from Mr Haynes has been nothing short of excellent.  Hot tub ownership doesn't get any easier!!  From purchase to installation and day to day usage all the answers are just a phone call away.  As for the hot tub we have been extremely pleased.  The tub is economical to run - I cannot quantify this as our bills have gone down since we installed it!! Chemical costs are easy to control with the Nature 2 system (and chlorine use is kept to a minimum).

I don't think that anyone can claim a hot tub is essential for day to day living - but it's now an affordable luxury.  We wouldn't be without ours!
