Surface - Artesian warrants the interior of your spa against blistering, cracking and delamination -- a full five years for Platinum Class spas.

Plumbing Structure - We warrant the materials for our factory-installed components -- jets, hoses, injectors, fittings -- for a full five years on parts and three years on labour on all Platinum/Elite Class spas.

Equipment/Controls - Platinum/Elite spas carry a five-year on parts and three years on labour warranty against defects in the pumps, heaters, and control systems.

Island Spas Warranty

Structure - Artesian warrants against loss of water due to defects in the spa shell for a full 12 years.

Plumbing Structure - We warrant the workmanship and materials for our factory-installed components -- jets, hoses, injectors, fittings -- for a full three years, two years for labour.

Equipment/Controls - Island spas carry a three-year warranty against defects in the pumps, heaters, and control systems. Island has a 2 year Labour warranty.

HotSpa Warranty

Structure - Artesian warrants against loss of water due to defects in the spa shell for a full 5 years.

Surface - Artesian warrants the interior of your spa against blistering, cracking and delamination -- a full five years for Hotspas.

Plumbing Structure - We warrant the workmanship and materials for our factory-installed components -- jets, hoses, injectors, fittings -- for a one year.

Equipment/Controls - Hotspas carry a one year warranty against defects in the pumps, heaters, and control systems.
